MQS DMS History
MQS DMS is the culmination of over 3 years of research and development into the automotive industry's IT systems and packages.
Originally conceived as an internal working programme for insurance houses, the development team worked closely with major players in the industry, ranging from insurance brokerages, underwriting managers, financial institutions, and the automotive industry.
The decision was taken to extend the package to the Finance and Insurance division of motor dealers, and more than a year was spent on site learning the specific requirements of these individuals, and developing the system to their specifications.
Once this was operating smoothly, management took a decision to expand the product. After consultations with major motor dealers, it was discovered that no coherent global system existed, and work was started to trying to integrate all the various aspects required.
The research and development teams have spent countless hours consulting, shadowing, and observing the internal workings of motor dealers, to gain the required insight into how the system should behave, and the finished product has been developed based on both our learnings and on the specific requests of clients.
MQS DMS is by no means a passive system, and will continue to evolve and be developed to accomodate changes in the industry, in legislation and regulation, and most importantly, in our clients needs and wants.
