Preamble:
Verve: Energy and Enthusiam in the expression of Ideas
 
Combining both energy and enthusiam, MQS DMS is the result of a combination of both ideas and ideals. We are a rapidly growing and strengthening player in the field of Dealer Management. The tagline "The Verve Investment" was chosen as it conveyed our own ideals of putting both energy and enthusiam into innovative ideas that have answered a calling in the motor industry for the last 10 years.
 
The idea behind what would become MQS DMS was formed in 2007, and since then it has gone from strength to strength, sourcing strategic partners and cultivating lasting client relationships.
 
Based in Johannesburg, MQS DMS aims to provide premium services throughout both South Africa and the rest of the world.
 
With our team of dedicated staff, and our strategic partnerships in a variety of sectors thoughout the industry, we look towards continuing our growth and development into an all-encompassing player in the field. However, this growth must never come at the sacrifice of customer service, which is why we remain committed to offering our clients the service they deserve.

Internal Growth:
MQS DMS's aim is, and always will be, to offer our clients a comprehensive solution to the problems faced by motor dealerships. Our tailor-made product range is designed to fulfil the needs of dealerships in different sectors of society, by offering them with an integrated solution. Coupling with various Value Added Providers, MQS DMS continues to drive towards offering a one-stop solution for our clients.
 
Our close partnerships with both our research and development teams, and our marketing team, ensures that throughout South Africa clients using our product will benefit from superior product knowledge and training. Our directors take a "hands on" role in the running of the business, ensuring that management is involved throughout every decision made. In this way we can continue to work on clients' needs and wants, to ensure that dealing with MQS DMS is both simple and efficient.
 
As we continue to work on growing and evolving MQS DMS, we constantly explore new avenues to improve both our internal policies for the running of our company, and the client's experience when dealing with us. While the growth and running of a business is a continually changing factor, MQS DMS still remains true to the vision we started with. The idea of offering clients premium services that both simplify and improve the ways in which they do business.
 
MQS DMS has been created to offer our clients a refined process flow, combining the many tasks usually performed by seperate departments. By integrating the various platforms into a single, cohesive structure, MQS DMS's aim is to greatly improve productivity.
 
We recognize that our growth is dependent on the satisfaction of our customers, and on the growth of our client base, and that customer service is an ongoing development. We also realise that there is always scope for improvement, and aim to constantly exceed our client's expectations of what is needed.
 
Our aim of offering our clients constant reassurance throughout their dealings with us have led us to take the view that as with running and growing the company, the products offered must also continually adapt to factors in the market place. MQS DMS's innovative design ideas, and it's compatibility with both current and future technologies must be maintained above everything that we do, in order to ensure we remain the pioneers in what is a rapidly changing environment.

MQS DMS's client base encompasses vehicle manufacturers, franchise and independent dealerships, finance institutions, insurance houses, corporate organs, and government departments.
 
By creating lasting relationships between key players in the industry, we aim not only to simplify business processes for our clients, but provides both convenience and simplicity for the man in the street.

MQS DMS realises that the community plays an important role in society. We continuously look for ways to better the community we both operate in professionally, and live in, and to this end we are firm supporters of many charitable causes, especially in the fields of people with disabilities and people living with and or affected by HIV/AIDS.
 
We make all efforts to add value to whatever we become involved in, and are actively working to protect our interests, the interests of our valued clients, and the interests of the community as a whole.
