Security:
DMS makes use of the most current 128-bit encryption levels, providing a high level of data security. Dealerships can rest assured that the data they load will remain both confidential and safe.
The centralised database model used by DMS ensures that all data is backed up daily, both locally at branch level, and remotely via the Internet, on secured servers.
Continuity:
All data captured via DMS is stored for a period of 5 years. The dealer has full access to the full five years worth of data, for any reporting or statistical figures as may be required.
This data, in addition to being located on secured off-site servers, is backed up daily and these backups are kept in an off-site, secured facility. This dual backing up of data ensures business continuity, even in the event of a site robbery at either dealership level or at our offices and a total loss of hardware.
Administrative Benefits:
Dealers making use of DMS retain full ownership of all the data they provide to us.
In addition to this, DMS has implemented a unique "save-as-you-go" feature, to ensure maximum efficiency. All data entered is stored immediately, so even if there is a sudden loss of power or a hardware failure, no data will have to be re-entered. This reduces both user frustration and time wastage.
