MQS DMS Overview
MQS DMS is a dealer management package, which has been designed to both simplify and streamline the running of a dealership, as well as reduce costs and increase productivity.
Designed on a modular ERP basis, DMS integrates various aspects of a dealership into a single, coherent system, eliminating the need for multiple software packages, as well as reducing the head count of staff required.

DMS is a fully customizable package, and during the set up and installation phase, the system is tailored to individual client needs and requirements, including statistical reporting and personalizing the system to your corporate ID. The Reporting module is not included by default in DMS and is available as an add-on to the system.
Integrating all aspects of a dealership, from Sales through Finance and Insurance, to Workshop and Parts, is a global first. In depth research into the various dealership packages available on the market, both locally and internationally, has shown that while most packages specialise in a specific field, or in some cases link certain areas together, DMS is the first to fully integrate both the Finance and Insurance module and then further link all other aspects of the dealership together, to provide a truely global overview of the operation.
Also included in DMS is an accounting module. This is a simple accounting package designed to co-exist with existing systems such as Pastel or Quickbooks, and is not intended to replace them. It does however, provide reports and information to considerably simplify the accounting procedures on the dealership's exisiting accounting software.
